- Call recordings: we record our strategy calls, including audio, video and chat.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

3. Cookies and advertising tools
We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and through Meta's ad preferences.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), video meetings and call recording (Google Meet) and advertising (Meta). They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Text messaging and SMS opt-in
How you opt in: when you request a strategy call at coachalexkirk.com/strategy-call, the form presents two separate consent checkboxes. Neither is checked in advance and neither is required to submit the form. The first consents to non-marketing texts about your strategy call, such as booking confirmations and reminders. The second consents to marketing and promotional texts, including follow-up about our coaching services. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
What you receive and how often: if you opt in to the first, you receive messages tied to a call you booked, typically a confirmation and up to three reminders per booking. If you opt in to the second, you receive occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies.
Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for the messages.
How to stop or get help: reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email.
Sharing: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
7. How we protect your information
We hold your information in our CRM and scheduling platform and limit access to Alex Kirk and any service providers who need it to do their work for us. Information sent between your browser and our site, and between us and our providers, is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. We choose providers that maintain their own security programs, and we delete information we no longer need.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by applicable law.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're in contact with us and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
